November 21, 2023: Houston, TX 77053 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the West Orange-Stark Mustangs (Orange, TX) and the host Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles (Houston, TX), saw West Orange-Stark's basketball squad knock off Fort Bend Willowridge by a count of 50-42.
With the victory, West Orange-Stark upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Orangefield (Orangefield, TX) to play the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 25. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Orangefield won 75-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Onalaska (Onalaska, TX)
Next up, the Eagles play the Lake Creek Lions (Montgomery, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. Fort Bend Willowridge will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 65-50 non-league loss to Dekaney (Houston, TX).
