Texas High School Basketball - Groesbeck can't hold off Grandview
November 21, 2023: Grandview, TX 76050 The Grandview Zebras basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Groesbeck Goats to 43 in the Zebras non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Zebras now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glen Rose for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Grandview will battle a Tigers team coming off a 43-41 non-league loss to Paradise (Paradise, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 1-4.
The Goats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Hillsboro was nudged by Clifton (Clifton, TX), 65-58, in a non-league contest.
