November 21, 2023: Dahlonega, GA 30533 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Thomson Bulldogs (Thomson, GA) and the host Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA), saw Thomson's basketball squad wallop Lumpkin County by a tally of 73-42.
With the victory, Thomson improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Washington County (Sandersville, GA) to confront the Golden Hawks in a AA Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Golden Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Indians confront the Denmark (Alpharetta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 25. Lumpkin County will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 72-68 non-league win over West Hall (Oakwood, GA).
