Georgia High School Basketball - Southeast Bulloch topped by Monroe Area
November 21, 2023: Brooklet, GA 30415 The Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets to 53 in the Purple Hurricanes non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Purple Hurricanes now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winder-Barrow for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Monroe Area will battle a Bulldoggs team coming off a 59-55 non-league win over Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA). The Bulldoggs record now stands at 5-1.
The Yellow Jackets (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Metter (Metter, GA). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
