November 21, 2023: Aurora, IL 60504 The Waubonsie Valley Warriors basketball team scored 89 points and held the visiting Streamwood Sabres to 29 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Raby for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 22. Waubonsie Valley will battle a Raiders team coming off a 81-43 non-league loss to Marmion (Aurora, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 0-2.
The Sabres (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Batavia (Batavia, IL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Batavia triumphed over Marmion (Aurora, IL), 62-33, in a non-league contest.
