The East Poinsett County Warriors topped the visiting Blytheville Chickasaws basketball team by a final score of 54-34 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Warriors face the Cross County Thunderbirds (Cherry Valley, AR) in a 2A Region 3 game, on Monday, November 27. East Poinsett County will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the game with a 3-3 record after their 65-30 non-league loss to Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR).

With the defeat, Blytheville moves to 2-3 on the season. The Chickasaws host Manila (Manila, AR) to encounter the Lions in a non-league test on Monday, November 27. The Lions go into the test with a record of 3-0. Manila won 52-50 in their recent non-league test against Westside (Jonesboro, AR)
