Mississippi High School Basketball - Franklin County knocked off by Crystal Springs
November 21, 2023: Crystal Springs, MS 39059 The Crystal Springs Tigers basketball team scored 33 points and held the visiting Franklin County Bulldogs to 22 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Florence for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Crystal Springs will meet a Eagles team coming off a 54-38 non-league loss to Ingomar (New Albany, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 4-4.
The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against McComb (McComb, MS). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, McComb was defeated by Jim Hill (Jackson, MS), 63-60, in a non-league contest.
