High School Basketball - Tournament Opponent can't hold off Example Academy
November 21, 2023: , The Example Academy Eagles basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Tournament Opponent to 39 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 22. Example Academy will battle a Tigers team coming off a 33-24 non-league loss to Providence Day (Charlotte, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.
The (8-18) will now prepare for their contest against Celeste (Celeste, TX). The Blue Devils enter the non-league contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Celeste nudged Yantis (Yantis, TX), 74-11, in a non-league contest.
