Iowa High School Basketball - Valley crushes Kennedy
November 21, 2023: Elgin, IA 52141 Valley Tigers (Elgin, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Kennedy Cougars (Cedar Rapids, IA), 63-30 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Valley upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Urbandale (Urbandale, IA) to play the J-Hawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The J-Hawks go into the bout with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Cougars play the Waverly-Shell Rock Go-Hawks (Waverly, IA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Go-Hawks go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 64-12 non-league win over Dubuque Senior (Dubuque, IA).
