Iowa High School Basketball - Marshalltown crushes South Tama County
November 21, 2023: Marshalltown, IA 50158 Marshalltown Bobcats (Marshalltown, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting South Tama County Trojans (Tama, IA), 45-23 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Marshalltown upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bobcats host Roosevelt (Des Moines, IA) to clash with the Roughriders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 28. The Roughriders go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Roosevelt lost 73-18 in their recent non-league bout against Ankeny Centennial (Ankeny, IA)
Next up, the Trojans clash with the Saydel Eagles (Des Moines, IA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. South Tama County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 66-53 non-league win over Des Moines East (Des Moines, IA).
