The Troup Tigers basketball team scored 31 points and restricted the visiting Sabine Cardinals to 28 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beckville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Troup will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 53-38 non-league win over White Oak (White Oak, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-1.

The Cardinals (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Harleton (Harleton, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Harleton edged Marshall Christian Academy (Marshall, TX), 46-38, in a non-league contest.
