North Carolina High School Basketball - East Wake tops Wake Forest
November 21, 2023: Wendell, NC 27591 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the East Wake Warriors (Wendell, NC) and the visiting Wake Forest Cougars (Wake Forest, NC), saw East Wake's basketball squad knock off Wake Forest by a tally of 34-22.
With the victory, East Wake improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Franklinton (Franklinton, NC) to play the Rams in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 28. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Cougars play the Green Hope Falcons (Cary, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 30. Wake Forest will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
