November 21, 2023: Matthews, NC 28105 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC) basketball squad felled the visiting Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC), by a margin of 39-26.
The Bulldogs (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Palisades (Charlotte, NC). The Pumas go into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Palisades thwarted East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 55-31, in a non-league outing.
The Titans now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Berry for a non-league outing on Tuesday, November 28. Hopewell will clash with a Cardinal squad coming off a 51-43 non-league win over Garinger (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinal record now stands at 2-0.
