California High School Basketball - Escondido Charter nips Point Loma
November 21, 2023: San Diego, CA 92106 Escondido Charter White Tigers (Escondido, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA), 66-65 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Escondido Charter upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The White Tigers travel to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA) to play the Vaqueros in a non-league bout on Monday, November 27. The Vaqueros go into the bout with a record of 2-0. El Capitan won 75-42 in their recent non-league bout against Valhalla (El Cajon, CA)
Next up, the Pointers play the Rock Academy Warriors (San Diego, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Point Loma will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 61-30 non-league loss to Clairemont (San Diego, CA).
