The Porter Ridge Pirates basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Union Academy Cardinals to 42 in the Pirates non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Pirates now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln Charter for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Porter Ridge will battle a Eagles team coming off a 76-19 non-league win over Liberty Preparatory Christian (Mooresville, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.

The Cardinals (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Raptor go into the non-league bout with a 1-0 record.
