November 21, 2024: Manassas, VA 20110 Seton Conquistadors (Manassas, VA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Harrisonburg HomeSchool Lightning (Harrisonburg, VA), 46-44 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Seton advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Conquistadors host Virginia Academy (Ashburn, VA) to face the Patriots in a non-league match on Tuesday, November 26. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 1-1. Virginia Academy lost 79-69 in their recent non-league match against North Cross (Roanoke, VA)
The Lightning now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cristo Rey for a non-league match on Saturday, November 23. Harrisonburg HomeSchool will face a Royals squad coming off a 72-42 league loss to Rise Academy (Richmond, VA). The Royals record now stands at 0-1.
