November 21, 2024: Laredo, TX 78045 The Seven Lakes Spartans basketball team scored 84 points and limited the host United Longhorns to 44 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Spartans now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to St. Anthony for a non-league game on Friday, November 22. Seven Lakes will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 60-43 non-league loss to Nixon (Laredo, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 10-2.
With the loss, United falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Clark (San Antonio, TX) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Saturday, November 23. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 4-1. Clark lost 59-57 in their recent non-league game against Bridgeland (Cypress, TX)
