Maryland High School Basketball - Loyola Blakefield overwhelms Gerstell Academy
November 21, 2024: Finksburg, MD 21048 The Loyola Blakefield Dons basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Gerstell Academy to 34 in the Dons non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Dons now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Loch Raven for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 26.
With the loss, Gerstell Academy falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The travel to Chapelgate Christian Academy (Marriottsville, MD) to confront the Yellowjackets in a game on Monday, January 13. The Yellowjackets go into the game with a record of 2-1.
