California High School Soccer - New West Charter nudges University
November 21, 2024: Los Angeles, CA 90025 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the New West Charter Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) and the host University Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA), saw New West Charter's soccer squad hold off University by a count of 2-1.
The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills, CA). The Normans enter the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Beverly Hills was edged by Burbank (Burbank, CA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Wildcats battle the Huntington Park Spartans (Huntington Park, CA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, December 2. University will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Aspire Ollin (Huntington Park, CA).
