November 21, 2025: Sylmar, CA 91342 Canyon Cowboys (Canyon Country, CA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Lakeview Charter Lions (Sylmar, CA), 78-9 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Canyon advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Cowboys host Firebaugh (Lynwood, CA) to face the Falcons in a non-league match on Saturday, November 22. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 0-1. Firebaugh lost 84-61 in their recent non-league match against Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA)
In their next game, the Lions battle the Monroe Vikings (North Hills, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 1. Lakeview Charter will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 80-32 non-league win over Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences (Granada Hills, CA).
