The Harlingen Cardinals nudged the visiting Clear Lake Falcons basketball team by a margin of 80-74 in Friday's non-league game.

The Cardinals now have a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Katy for a non-league game on Friday, November 21. Harlingen will confront a Tigers team coming off a 50-38 non-league win over Clark (San Antonio, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
