Cypress Centurions (Cypress, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA), 66-55 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Cypress upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Centurions travel to Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA) to confront the Unicorns in a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 26. The Unicorns go into the contest with a record of 1-1.

In their next game, the Griffins confront the Centennial Huskies (Corona, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, November 22. Los Alamitos will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Huskies go into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 70-58 non-league win over St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy (Downey, CA).
