Georgia High School Basketball - LaFayette overwhelms Southeast Whitfield County
November 21, 2025: LaFayette, GA 30728 The LaFayette Ramblers basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting Southeast Whitfield County Raiders to 19 in the Ramblers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Ramblers now have a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Coosa for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 25. LaFayette will confront a Eagles team coming off a 86-36 non-league loss to Gadsden City (Gadsden, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Southeast Whitfield County falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Raiders host Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA) to confront the Bruins in a non-league game on Saturday, December 6. The Bruins go into the game with a record of 1-0.
