Texas High School Basketball - Montgomery sneaks past North Forney
November 21, 2025: Forney, TX 75126 The Montgomery Bears basketball team scored 74 points and limited the host North Forney Falcons to 67 in the Bears non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bears now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Magnolia West for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 25. Montgomery will play a Mustangs team coming off a 76-40 non-league loss to Kingwood Park (Kingwood, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, North Forney falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX) to play the Wranglers in a non-league game on Monday, November 24. The Wranglers go into the game with a record of 3-1. West Mesquite lost 54-42 in their recent non-league test against Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX)
