The Port Charlotte Pirates football squad (Port Charlotte, FL), was nudged 23-18 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Clearwater Tornadoes (Clearwater, FL)

The Tornadoes (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Jesuit (Tampa, FL). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 11-1 record. In their last contest, Jesuit nudged Naples (Naples, FL), 45-7, in a non-league bout.

The Pirates now own a 9-3 record.
