The Fitzgerald Purple Hurricane football team scored 28 points and held the host Dublin Fighting Irish to 7 in the Purple Hurricane non-league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Purple Hurricane battle the Heard County Braves (Franklin, GA) in a non-league game, on Friday, November 28. Fitzgerald will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Braves come into the outing with a 12-0 record after their 48-10 non-league win over Social Circle (Social Circle, GA).

With the defeat, Dublin drops to 9-3 on the campaign.
