The Pettus Eagles (Pettus, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Charlotte Trojans (Charlotte, TX), 77-47 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Taft for a non-league bout on Monday, November 24. Pettus will play a Greyhounds team coming off a 57-29 non-league loss to West Oso (Corpus Christi, TX). The Greyhounds record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Charlotte falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Trojans host McMullen County (Tilden, TX) to play the Cowboys in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 25. The Cowboys go into the bout with a record of 4-2. McMullen County lost 50-44 in their recent non-league bout against Yorktown (Yorktown, TX)
