North Carolina High School Basketball - Marvin Ridge holds off Ardrey Kell
November 21, 2025: Waxhaw, NC 28173 The Marvin Ridge Mavericks basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Ardrey Kell Knights to 57 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mavericks now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Myers Park for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 9.
With the loss, Ardrey Kell falls to 1-2 on the year. The Knights travel to Weddington (Matthews, NC) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league outing on Tuesday, November 25. The Warriors enter the outing with a record of 1-2. Weddington lost 50-42 in their recent non-league outing against Hopewell (Huntersville, NC)
