November 22, 2021: Pilot Point, TX 76258 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Van Alstyne Panthers (Van Alstyne, TX) and the host Pilot Point Bearcats (Pilot Point, TX), saw Van Alstyne's basketball squad wallop Pilot Point by a tally of 78-21.
With the victory, Van Alstyne improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Hirschi (Wichita Falls, TX) to confront the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Friday, November 26. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Hirschi lost 56-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Decatur (Decatur, TX)
Next up, the Bearcats confront the Whitesboro Bearcats (Whitesboro, TX) in a 3A Region II District 10 challenge, on Tuesday, December 14. Pilot Point will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
