Texas High School Basketball - South Houston sneaks past Texas City
November 22, 2021: South Houston, TX 77587 The South Houston Trojans basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Texas City Stingarees to 45 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Monday.
The Trojans now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Needville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 30.
The Stingarees (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against La Porte (La Porte, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 5A Region III District 22 contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, La Porte nudged Dickinson (Dickinson, TX), 54-47, in a non-league contest.
