The Blue River Valley Vikings basketball team (Mt. Summit, IN), was toppled 69-55 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN)

The Trojans now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marion for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 26. New Castle will confront a Giants team coming off a 71-51 non-league win over Mississinewa (Gas City, IN). The Giants record now stands at 2-0.
