The Griffins now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montebello for a non-league battle on Wednesday, November 23. Buckley will battle a Oilers team coming off a 56-19 non-league win over El Monte (El Monte, CA). The Oilers record now stands at 2-0.
The Falcons (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA). The Matadors come into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, San Gabriel edged Mendez (Los Angeles, CA), 67-27, in a non-league battle.
