Illinois High School Basketball - Elmwood tops Bureau Valley
November 22, 2022: Manlius, IL 61338 Elmwood Trojans (Elmwood, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Bureau Valley Storm (Manlius, IL), 68-57 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Elmwood upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Annawan (Annawan, IL) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 23. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Annawan lost 52-47 in their recent non-league bout against Stark County (Toulon, IL)
Next up, the Storm play the Wethersfield Flying Geese (Kewanee, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 23. Bureau Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Flying Geese come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 51-47 non-league win over Putnam County (Granville, IL).
