November 22, 2022: Waco, TX 76710 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Crowley Eagles (Crowley, TX) and the host Waco Lions (Waco, TX), saw Crowley's basketball squad knock off Waco by a tally of 50-39.
With the victory, Crowley improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX) to play the Broncos in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 26. The Broncos come into the challenge with a record of 2-1.
Next up, the Lions play the Temple Wildcats (Temple, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 29. Waco will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 72-58 non-league win over Gateway College Preparatory (Georgetown, TX).
