November 22, 2022: Aurora, IL 60504 The Waubonsie Valley Warriors basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Longwood Panthers to 48 in the Warriors non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Raby for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 23. Waubonsie Valley will battle a Raiders team coming off a 60-37 non-league loss to Marmion (Aurora, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 0-2.
The Panthers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Batavia (Batavia, IL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Batavia was defeated by Marmion (Aurora, IL), 68-45, in a non-league contest.
