Ohio High School Basketball - Westfall knocked off by Central Crossing

The Central Crossing Comets basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Westfall Mustangs to 27 in the Comets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Comets now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Groveport-Madison for a Ohio Capital - Buckeye contest on Tuesday, November 29. Central Crossing will meet a Cruisers team coming off a 71-5 non-league win over Whetstone (Columbus, OH). The Cruisers record now stands at 1-1.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Piketon Redstreaks (Piketon, OH) in a Scioto Valley bout, on Saturday, November 26. Westfall will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Redstreaks come into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 55-33 non-league win over Eastern (Beaver, OH).
