The Burroughs Burros basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Aveson Global Leadership Academy Avengers to 62 in the Burros non-league triumph on Friday.

The Burros now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Tehachapi for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 4. Burroughs will play a Warriors team coming off a 54-42 non-league win over Chavez (Delano, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.
