November 22, 2024: Fairhope, AL 36532 Fairhope Pirates (Fairhope, AL) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Carroll Eagles (Ozark, AL), 72-58 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Fairhope advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Pirates host McAdory (McCalla, AL) to meet the Yellowjackets in a non-league match on Monday, November 25. The Yellowjackets enter the match with a record of 4-3. McAdory won 77-48 in their recent non-league match against Cottage Hill Christian Academy (Mobile, AL)
The Eagles now own a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Baldwin County for a non-league match on Saturday, November 23. Carroll will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 58-39 non-league loss to Williamson (Mobile, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 4-2.
