The Poquoson Islanders (Poquoson, VA) football knocked off the visiting Lunenburg Central Chargers (Victoria, VA), 22-8 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Islanders now sport a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to King William for a non-league outing on Friday, November 29. Poquoson will clash with a Cavaliers squad coming off a 21-14 non-league win over Bruton (Williamsburg, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 6-6.

With the defeat, Lunenburg Central drops to 7-4 on the campaign.
