Massachusetts High School Football - Needham tops St. John's Prep
November 22, 2024: Danvers, MA 01923 The Needham Rockets football squad scored 22 points and limited the host St. John's Prep Eagles to 14 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Friday.
The Rockets now hold a 11-0 record. They play next when they host Wellesley for a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 28. Needham will face a Raiders team coming off a 49-7 non-league loss to Catholic Memorial (West Roxbury, MA). The Raiders record now stands at 8-3.
The Eagles (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Xaverian Brothers (Westwood, MA). The Hawks go into the Catholic challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, Xaverian Brothers toppled Boston College High (Boston, MA), 31-14, in a non-league challenge.
