November 22, 2024: Woodward, IA 50276 The Woodward-Granger Hawks basketball team scored 73 points and limited the visiting Collins-Maxwell to 8 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.
With the victory, Woodward-Granger advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Hawks travel to Jefferson-Scranton (Jefferson, IA) to meet the Rams in a non-league match on Tuesday, November 26. The Rams enter the match with a record of 0-0.
The now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host BCLUW for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3. Collins-Maxwell will meet a Comets squad coming off a 64-56 league loss to AGWSR (Ackley, IA). The Comets record now stands at 0-2.
