The Iowa Colony Pioneers basketball team scored 26 points and limited the visiting Seven Lakes Spartans to 23 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Pioneers now have a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Fort Bend Willowridge for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 26. Iowa Colony will confront a Eagles team coming off a 58-40 non-league win over Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, Seven Lakes falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Shadow Creek (Pearland, TX) to confront the Sharks in a non-league game on Saturday, November 23. The Sharks go into the game with a record of 8-3. Shadow Creek lost 40-34 in their recent non-league game against Clark (San Antonio, TX)
