Georgia High School Basketball - Apalachee tipped by Lanier
November 22, 2025: Winder, GA 30680 In Saturday's non-league test, the Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA) basketball squad got by the host Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA), by a tally of 58-56.
The Longhorns now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to T.L. Hanna for a non-league bout on Monday, November 24. Lanier will play a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 70-43 non-league win over Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Apalachee falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to West Hall (Oakwood, GA) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league test on Tuesday, December 2. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 2-2. West Hall lost 63-42 in their recent non-league test against Franklin County (Carnesville, GA)
