Marshall Rams (San Antonio, TX) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Bastrop Bears (Bastrop, TX), 59-40 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Marshall advances its record to 5-2 on the year. The Rams travel to Boerne (Boerne, TX) to battle the Greyhounds in a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 25. The Greyhounds go into the contest with a record of 3-3. Boerne won 56-34 in their recent non-league contest against Victoria East (Victoria, TX)

In their next game, the Bears battle the Eastside Early College Panthers (Austin, TX) in a non-league contest, on Monday, November 24. Bastrop will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 75-17 non-league loss to Akins (Austin, TX).
