Fort Lauderdale Flying L's (Fort Lauderdale, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Central Rockets (Miami, FL), 58-45 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Fort Lauderdale upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Flying L's travel to Highlands Christian (Pompano Beach, FL) to confront the Knights in a non-league contest on Monday, November 24. The Knights go into the contest with a record of 1-0. Highlands Christian won 81-52 in their recent non-league contest against Gulliver Prep (Miami, FL)

In their next game, the Rockets confront the Northeast Hurricanes (Oakland Park, FL) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, November 29. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
