South Carolina High School Basketball - Cross knocks off Palmetto Scholars Academy

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Cross Stingrays basketball team scored a good 59-50 win over the Palmetto Scholars Academy Phoenix.

The Stingrays (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Savannah Athletic Association (Bloomingdale, GA). The Jaguars come into the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Savannah Athletic Association dropped by Memorial Day (Savannah, GA), 62-57, in a non-league contest.

Next up, the Phoenix face the Faith Christian Knights (Summerville, SC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 2. Palmetto Scholars Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 0-3 record after their 68-60 non-league loss to Cross (Bluffton, SC).
