Texas High School Basketball - LaPoynor knocks off Founders Christian
November 22, 2025: Spring, TX 77373 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting LaPoynor Flyers basketball team scored a good 54-37 win over the Founders Christian Falcons.
The Flyers (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Douglass (Douglass, TX). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Douglass thwarted Lindale (Lindale, TX), 56-54, in a non-league match.
The Falcons now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Faith West Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, November 25. Founders Christian will face a Eagles squad coming off a 80-34 non-league win over Memorial Lutheran (Houston, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-0.
