Texas High School Basketball - Wylie can't get by Plano East
November 22, 2025: Plano, TX 75074 Plano East Panthers (Plano, TX) backers went home pleased Saturday as they observed their basketball team edge the visiting Wylie Pirates (Wylie, TX), 50-48 in a non-league contest.
The Panthers (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Rowlett (Rowlett, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Rowlett was tipped by Dallas Jesuit (Dallas, TX), 67-56, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pirates battle the McKinney North Bulldogs (McKinney, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 25. Wylie will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 64-57 non-league loss to Frisco (Frisco, TX).
