November 22, 2025: Douglasville, GA 30135 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Hillgrove Hawks (Powder Springs, GA) and the host New Manchester Jaguar (Douglasville, GA), witnessed Hillgrove's basketball squad hold off New Manchester by a count of 38-31.
With the victory, Hillgrove advances its record to 4-0 on the year. The Hawks host Paulding County (Dallas, GA) to meet the Patriots in a battle on Tuesday, December 9. The Patriots enter the battle with a record of 1-1. Paulding County won 60-41 in their recent non-league battle against North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA)
In their next game, the Jaguar battle the East Paulding Raiders (Dallas, GA) in a challenge, on Friday, December 12. New Manchester will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
