Texas High School Basketball - Alief Taylor nips Clark
November 22, 2025: San Antonio, TX 78249 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Alief Taylor Lions basketball team scored a close 51-47 triumph over the Clark Cougars.
The Lions (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Iowa Colony (Iowa Colony, TX). The Pioneers go into the non-league match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Iowa Colony was nudged by Memorial (Houston, TX), 50-39, in a non-league match.
The Cougars now sport a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harlan for a non-league match on Tuesday, November 25. Clark will face a Hawks squad coming off a 46-33 non-league win over Steele (Cibolo, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 7-2.
